When it comes to treatment of the grunts in the Arbiters faction are they equal to the elites like the heretics in Halo 2 or is there still a racism thing going on? I know for the covenant they are treated like shit so do the elites still show some bigotry towards the grunts?
The Grunts preferred to work with the Elites rather than the Brutes. The Elites were more respectful towards the Grunts while the Brutes were the ones that treated them like shit.
The Sangheili were only a bit more respectful towards them because of the Unggoy Rebellion. They still treated them like shit though.

No. I think the issue arises with all the dialog that 343GS says during the original trilogy that implies that. What people seem to forget is that even in CE he's clearly insane.
He says that in CE because Bungie originally planned to make Humans and Forerunners the same species. They scrapped it after CE. Now 343GS' dialogue can be put down as him meaning that Humanity were chosen by the Forerunners to take their place as the keepers of the Mantle.

the undersuit is armoured
the diaper is retarded. it always has been.
Shielding didn't come around until 2552, they had about 30 years of no shields. Shields also deplete and leave the wearer exposed while recharging.
undersuit is not as good armor as the plate, especially at dealing with the heat plasma weapons would have, and probably larger calibers and weapons that fire with greater velocity.
That's a silly argument, if the shields or undersuit were substantial on their own, then they wouldn't use the plate at all. Why would you settle for less protection in a sensitive area when more protection would have negligible impairment?
it's 2558 in-universe, so what's your point? energy shielding is a thing, making your point invalid. the groin area is one of the smallest hit points to be shot at, therefore trading out protection for a little less protection but having a design that makes sense is better. that "negligible impairment" would bring about a fairly big restriction in movement, which is vital for soldiers. your love for diapers is weird, man.
