Alright after playing it for some time I'm enjoying it more.
You stop noticing glitches and graphics. Although there is co-op lag when fighting...
The outside parts of the map are beautiful. Just ran through a giant park. The game runs well out there (lack of a million indoor buildings I guess)
Haven't even gotten to a mission that utilizes those spaces though.
My pre-order ended up arriving anyway. Other than the framerate, it's really good. Ubi have made the live update feed, and they're working on the problems. Hopefully a patch is released soon.

the 30/60 FPS difference would give a massive advantage to those on the Xbone, the game would run faster and smoother so they would have the edge in literally every firefight. allowing cross platform play would be idiotic.
