Disagreed. They're generally shallow, cliché and predictable popcorn flicks with poor and forced humor relying entirely on massive marketing campaigns, visual effects and audiences that'll go for anything with a superhero sticker slapped on it.
Does that mean they can't be fun to watch? Not at all. It can be pretty enjoyable if you try to think as little as possible and just take it as yet another flick. If that's what you're going for, they're alright movies. But whether they're actually great movies? Movies with a certain depth that have you thinking and wondering, with great storylines and intricate plots, exceptional acting, beautiful cinematography and that wonderfully special feel to them? Not in the slightest.

Bungie's Halos took a steep dive after 2 (ODST being an exception).
The story did go downhill, but Halo 4 bought it back up.

No it wasn't. It was very much playable.
So was Unity and MCC but they still had parts that were broken
For Halo 4 file share and theater were broken for a long time before 343i fixed it. And 343i had tons of problems with users having to pay for dlc that was included in the season pass.
None of that affected how the game actually played. Halo 4 was very much playable at launch. Both SP and MP worked at launch. And any dev team that's understaffed during the development of a game is going to have problems. Unity on the other hand is a mess. -Piss poor framerate -Glitches out the ass -Severe pop in Ubisoft is a massive company and has the ability to undertake big games like Unity, yet they still massively fucked up (even more than AC3). They don't have an excuse for Unity being broken.
