That's debatable. I think I have my moments of stupidity, but I don't regard this as one of them.
All I said is that I prefer my single player games to be LOCKED at 30FPS if the tradeoff is gorgeous 1080p. I do NOT want 1080p if the framerate is going to all over the place (ala Crysis 2).

It's funny how some console players expect unrealistic perfomance for the hardware and platform they are forced into. That's similar to how people complain a game won't run on their shitty Pentium 4 / i3 brand computer or laptop.

Holy fuck it's still broken? I know the PC version is completely fucked right now (with the latest patch making it so water sources flash like strobe lights), but I figured that Ubisoft would have at least made sure the console version was working correctly by this point.
There hasn't been a patch since the December one. That patch made the framerate a bit more stable, but it was still hitting low 20's in crowds and had a lot of pop in/character models changing.
