idk why you go to that any time someone talks shit about h4. i didnt like any of the campaigns except h2 and odst. i played halo for the competitive multiplayer. i watch movies and read books for good stories.

Actually, no it isn't. See, 343 made a deal with satan. They give us ODST for free so we can enjoy it in glorious HD. But only if they killed the main character off so that no more ODST in glorious HD can ever be made again.

Rookie wasn't even really a character. He was just a plot/story vehicle.
The Rookie was suppose to be the player from what I know. That's why he never spoke. As in you the player identify with the rookie.
The Rookie was a story/plot vehicle. He only existed to take you through the game's story. He wasn't even a character really, just a blank slab. Rookie being killed off doesn't rule out the possibility of future ODST games.

Fun fact: A small team created ODST, it was a small project to begin with. I'm aware of this. It also says a lot about Bungie. I'm pretty sure with a lot of time and passion and dedication, it would have been a full port. Well obviously, but time isn't really a luxury they have whilst fixing the MCC, porting ODST and working on Halo 5. I highly doubt lack of developers is the problem here. 343 is a big studio Yeah, they have over 200 people at this point, but big games requires a lot of time, money and people. I don't see what's stopping Firefight from not being feasible, because so far it can be feasible. Not right now it isn't, you know, for the reasons I've already stated in this very post. Also the fact that fixing ODST's piss poor netcode would just require even more time and people they don't have right now. I blame the publishers more than anything however, they rush the living shit out of developers, always have. The corporate suits don't care if a game is finished or not. That's why BF4, AC Unity and MCC were a wreck. That's why Halo 2 was a wreck when it got launched, hell it had to be delayed even to fix a crouch toggle issue before it launched. Halo 2 was also an unfinished buggy wreck because it was development hell. Bungie basically started all over again when developing it. Anyway, I'm just stating that more is always better than less Only if it works. Porting FF to the Xbone just to have it there but in a terrible state would be worse than it not being included.
