It makes some people do terrible things. But it also causes many people to do a complete 180 and become charitable, kind, etc.

They already have multiple studios working on each game for at least 3 years. What else needs to happen for them to be able to make a great one again? Because if 500+ people can't do it in 3 years, I'm not sure what could help.
