Gameplay drops to 25fps too. Unlocked framerate on XB1 causes shitty frame pacing which makes it stutter in both cutscenes and gameplay. And no, just because the framerate is higher =/= better, especially in this case. So basically, choose between choppy cutscenes with dips to 25ish in gameplay, or a lot stuttering in both cutscenes and gameplay. Finished game patch when?
