Remember when the sniper rifle's bullets bounced off vehicles?

Remember when the vehicle's health was based on the operator's shields?

Remember when shooting the turret of a vehicle didn't make it explode?

It's MMXIX and I still see people shooting at tanks and banshees with snipers

theres a special event going on, centered on yapyap the grunt, or something like that.

theres a couple gametypes in multiplayer that are an absolute blast to play
there is 8v8 option but the only gametype is camo swat fiesta which is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Do not play it.

When I played the 4v4 hopper I just kept getting Brute Shoot. Which is on Elongation and it's brute shots with the boom and sputnik skulls and the boxes fly around everywhere until they all pile up in the flag spots. Would be more fun on Midship where you can go zooming around the curved walls

They added bottomless clip to Halo 2?
Yes as well as gravity settings for player and world, and campaign skull effects

They're already gonna release Reach without Forge on PC. We're off to a good start.
...................................... LOL
They said that they need to “tune” the Forge mechanics for the PC version of Reach even though the forge tools are perfectly fine.

The one Halo game that solely depends on Forge is not being shipped with it on release.
If MCC PC isn't getting mod support Reach will be dead in the water. No one that isn't a single celled organism wants to play grey and blue forged maps a thousand times over again.  No forge at launch is hilarious but it's the crux of Reacharound.

What exactly have they supposedly changed in the MCC? Sound is pretty bad and the exact same problems of poor connectivity and overall bullshit still exist just the same.

Correction: the Halo 2 remaster is the first one I've played that actually feels snappy and good. Got 23 kills in my first team slayer game there.
Join the Sep7agon squad for MCC
How?
By sending me and Boomdeyadah friend requests obviously
Eh, I don't see myself playing much more of this. I only renewed my Gold for one month to play with my brother last night. It was fun to get in some games with him but the state of the game just doesn't seem to be that great. Overall performance is pretty bad, the hit registration is kind of embarrassing for 2019, the amount of quitters / AFKers is insane, matches are rarely balanced (like, we were split-screening and ran into the same 4 man team of American tryhards repeatedly - all with twitch links in their name, identical tags and just overall toxic behavior). Let's hope they do better for the PC release.
Understandable, I haven’t played in long time for similar reasons you listed.

343 better prioritize fixing the current issues with the MCC before they release any of the games on the PC. What we don’t need is another disastrous launch for this game and repeat history.
"But - But we are doing s-staggered launches. There is n-no way we can screw up this time!"
And somehow I expect 343 Steps Backwards Industries to break something, again.

Halo 2 plays fine. 3 is the one that has somehow gotten as bad - if not worse - than it's original form on the 360. CE plays fine too I guess? My only experience pre MCC with CE was Mexican servers on Halo PC so absolutely anything was a direct upgrade.
H2A was the only one that felt good to me. All the others were bad to meh. I guess I just never really noticed that much of it back in the day but it was absurd how poor the hit registration is and how much BS goes down in an average match. I really hope they do better with the PC version because this was kinda disappointing after their big MCC rework.
Funny enough it was the big update that made hit detection worse in 3.

Been awhile since I played the MCC.

Is the hit detection still shit?
Yeah.
Colossus and Tombstone are in 8v8 now but I still haven't gotten to play either

Apparently its all cross-play with the X1 too. So anyone here who is too cheap to buy a console can play with the rest of us.
Can't wait to destroy stick peasants with a mouse like I was to all the people playing Halo Online with a controller plugged in
That hitscan BR on Standoff tho
That was total garbage ngl.
