Halo 5's forge mode is cool as fuck. They made so many improvements and added way more features that I always wanted ever since Halo 3.
You can make sounds, change the weather, add debris that flies through the level and adjust the wind patterns to make the debris fly a certain way, dead bodies, and a whole bunch of other cool shit.
The best feature has to be the ability to grab up to 64 objects at once. It's so much easier to build and move things that way.
And it's potential is wasted on a shit game.

I matched against this guy and his boyfriend yesterday in a valhalla game. I used the banshee for a bit, even though the other team had full map control. then I died and pissed around cause my team was a bunch of braindead carrots and we were trapped in our base, so I quit cause it was just a waste of time to stay. Then the one guy messaged me and said I was worthless without a banshee so I just replied 'lol 👌" then a few games later I matched the other guy who was by himself and I BTFO'd him twice and he quit, then he attempted to brush of his quit "because his team was down a player"
If they invite me again I'm joining and will return with the happenings.

Speaking of spawns, there is a forge map in Halo 5, about the size of Foundry, that you can 100% spawn trap a team, while having clear lines of sight to the 3 spawns you can force.

Haven 2.0 is probably the only good map in Halo 5, but that doesn't say much because it truly is a terrible map.
Any map post-Halo 3 should never be in the conversation of being remade.
I don't remember the names of all the maps I played on today in Halo 5 but the spawns for all of them were hot garbage. Felt like they got the guy who made Black Ops 3's spawns make the spawns for Halo 5.
The spawns aren't even the worse part about them, it's the claustrophobic modular design of all them. Gotta add thousands of corners, ledges and windows everywhere cause muh new fancy movement mechanics

Whoever at 343i decided it was a good idea to remake Haven needs to be fired and have me take their place as a map maker
