Oh all i really remember about getting the CEA achieveo's was that you could do everything with bandana on, so it was really easy, especially that one on Two Betrayals were you can't change weapons.

Only if the description doesn't say "matchmade". lol. Though I don't think Juggernaut is in matchmaking, but then why make an achievement you can only get in customs.
