Yes, I did file a report 3 days ago but Comms messaged Mr. P on Facebook and admitted he was the one that made thejoker account and filled a shit ton of reports. You can ask him, Madman, Meta, and Otthild for proof

All this victim blaming is making me laugh. Comms broke the ToS there. It doesn't matter if I reported it because if anybody else came there, saw it, and reported it then the place would of still got taken down. Rules explicitly say no harassment and nothing was done about it when reports and PM's were sent
