I don't know if it's the correct term, but predictable combat engagements. For example, you enter a room with a bunch of heavy weapons, which likely means a boss battle or some other larger engagement ahead.

Sorry for the late reply. Normally during the Spring/Summer/Fall I exercise by running around the block, but since there is snow covered sidewalks I haven't had the opportunity to. This weekend I'll check out prices for my local gyms.
Not sure if the 'get a dog' route will work because of safety reasons. Not sure if combining a new dog with a 14-month old is the best idea. Maybe when she gets a little older.
Tried to listen to meditation sounds (waterfalls, birds chirping, etc.) Didn't really notice a difference.
