Maybe you should've showed them the receipt?
I printed out the order confirmation number. They still replied that they had no records of it, but they gave me the pre-order bonus any way because they had some extras.

It is cool to learn. I played it for about four to five years and don't regret a single second from the moment picked it up. So I suggest that if you ever get a chance to learn it, do it.
