The amusing thing is that /pol/ will probably seriously listen to him.

While /b/ and The Flood troll the shit out of him.

I doubt we'll get any results out of him.

It would be kind of amusing to learn the truth but other than that Class is right. It's really trivial.

Have you been battling with the struggle of love and anger lately? Also, has the anger won and has it become part of you yet?

Heh.

I'm sorry but that pasta is just classic and I couldn't help but reference it. Anyway, what games have you played recently?

A lot of common names have religious origins. The names Joe, John and James are good examples.

No. I gave into the "I hate Islam and the Muslim population" bullshit before, and I'm not making the same mistake again. It will do nothing to make the world a more peaceful place.

Fuck intolerance.
That's your problem.

It's not about hating Islam or Muslims, it's about the truth.
Preach, brutha
The fuck, Jaz, you said you changed your opinion on this shit like two weeks ago.
Oh

I thought it was obvious

I'm being sarcastic

And I never said Muslim was anti-American. I'm not an idiot.

maybe people should just stop getting so offended

but that's none of my business
"Hey, you there. Yeah, you, you with the depression. Uhhhhhhhhhhh, stop! K? It kind of annoys me sometimes that you're suffering so, uh, don't!"
You don't choose to be depressed. You take offense.

And it's pretty sick to correlate clinical depression with people saying mean words to you, anyway.

There is no denying that words are extremely powerful. This is why playwrights, poets and authors that have been dead for years are to this day still remembered. They can and do have an emotional affect on people. They're how we communicate sentiments and ideas to one another.
Obviously, words can exacerbate depression and make it worse. But they're by no means the root, as Cindo was implying.

You probably have a point.

>Says it's not a troll thread
>Uses a slur

Anyways, that'd be like asking "how can you like rap music and not be a nigger?"

Check it out, I even put in the slur.

What you like has nothing to do with who you are. You can be a guy who likes playing with dolls and wearing dressed whilst being perfectly comfortable being male, and by the same token you can be a girl who likes watching football and wearing baggy jeans whilst being perfectly comfortable being female. The two don't correlate directly just because activities are typically associated with genders - something that society has reinforced, as well.

SJW
So does "SJW" just mean "not a cunt"?

Am I supposed to be insulted by being called "not a cunt"?

People tend to misuse the term and I don't like it too much as it doesn't roll off the tongue well but it is fairly useful when referring to the particular brand of left wing radicals you typically see on sites like Twitter and Tumblr and in certain colleges because everyone will know what you mean.
But that's just the thing - it has no real definition. It basically just means "more progressive than I am comfortable with" and can be used as such to any degree. I've seen "SJW" used on everything from otherkin that thought they were a goddess and that not worshipping them was 'triggering' to a gay dude that didn't like being referred to as "one of the good ones" because he wasn't overly effeminate.

It means nothing.

It's just a useful colloquial term and that's really it. There are crazy people in every political camp from Ayn Rand fanboys who want to eliminate all forms of welfare to contemporary progressives who talk about groups of people like they're monoliths.

« on: December 01, 2015, 11:22:02 AM »
Everyone has preferences and I'm not gonna blame someone for not being ok with dating or having sex with someone who's trans. Don't think it justifies punching her or outright murdering her, but you can't help who you're attracted to. Making people aware of this stuff is important, and I'd love to hope that one day when I'm post op that it wouldn't matter at all, or that it won't be a huge deal in the first place but unfortunately that's not the case. Y'know, as long as you're respectful about it.

Most reasonable post ITT

How do you have a rape fetish even?

Like, it's not rape if its your fetish, that implies you undoubtedly want it.

I understand the lack of power, and stuff. But when people say "Rape is my fetish" it's rather annoying.
It's the idea of having no control and the rush that comes with fantasizing about it, not actually being raped.

Well, and some of us just really like rape porn.

Serious / Re: “There’s no such thing as safe drugs."
« on: December 01, 2015, 06:18:28 AM »
Incidents like these is what gives rave and festival culture a bad rap...just another case of dumb people not being responsible with their drug use.

Like what's already been said in this thread a couple times, know your limits and do your research prior to taking substances that you're not familiar with, and this wouldn't even be a problem.
Any substance that requires "research" to do shouldn't be done.
Why? People are already going to these events with the mindset of taking a drug, wouldn't you at least agree that it would be better for them to know what exactly it's going to do beforehand? I don't see safety and responsibility as a bad thing.
Is there a test too?

Fuck outta here lmao
I don't see how what I said deserved a sarcastic response...if you're gonna take mind altering substances it should be a priority to know how it's going to affect you.
It's hilarious to me that people research the drug they're going to use.

It's the epitome of pathetic.
Yeah let me just take whatever this dealer gives me without having a clue what it actually is. I mean, he told me I'll have a great time, and he's a drug dealer so he must know everything!

Sarcasm aside, I didn't realize making rational choices was pathetic. Tell me, do you just buy things on impulse without even thinking about the cost and benefits, or do you conduct your own research on the product and go from there? Because that's literally the same logic.
