The overt use of the word "March" suggests the game's release month, while many have speculated that the "ext 10" on the Twitter update is referring to the 10th of March. That's a Tuesday, when games come out on PSN in North America, so that's ostensibly its release date on both PSN and Steam. I played the hell out of the first Hotline Miami and I'll play the hell out of the second.

What issues could potentially arise from adopting this policy in first world western countries like the UK and US?
Infrastructural stress and cultural tension are the two big ones.
What are ways that the issue of cultural tension could be addressed?
Making sure immigrants assimilate, or--better--making sure they have similar value-systems before coming here in the first instance. Which could largely be circumvented by freeing up immigration from culturally similar countries like America, Australia, France and Germany.
How would it put stress on infrastructure? And would a surplus of unskilled workers be an issue? Forgive me if my questions are somewhat poorly put as I'm not very educated with regards to economics.

The only reason somebody can characterise the Middle Ages as the "Dark Ages" is by being exceptionally ignorant of Medieval history. The Middle Ages were far, far from dark.
Not to mention, your graph conflates all three periods of the Middle Ages with the "Dark Ages", which usually only refers to the Early Middle Ages from the years 400-900.
I've always been under the impression that the "Middle Ages" were an abrupt stop for scientific advancement. I've been wrong this whole time, then?
From what I know in the West it was but the Arab world would flourish during this period, saved numerous Greek texts by translating them into Arabic, and helped set the precedence for the Renaissance by re-exposing the West. I may be inaccurate in some places so please correct me if I am.

Difficult to say, really.
It would probably have remained as Jainism or Zoroastrianism is today; a cult, more than anything, and probably rightfully so.
Do you think that polytheistic religions such as Roman and Germanic paganism would dominate Western society like Christianity did throughout the medieval period did? Or do you think that it would be much less centralized and that religion would hold little to no control over secular politics?
