You forgot to mention that the rechargeable batteries aren't removable. When your battery crapped out you bought a whole new controller.
Never happened to me once and I've been using my PS3 almost every day for YEARS.
Meanwhile, I've gone through 3 xbox consoles and I've had to buy my own rechargeable batteries AND a fan just to keep it from overheating.
I went through three controllers and my fourth holds a charge for like two hours.
I've had two controllers that have never died and the battery lasts a few hours for both of them.
AND if I remember correctly it CAME with two, so unless I am using the second controller, I can swap out the dead one for the good one and let the dead one charge.
You're either real lucky our I'm just unlucky. Either way they work as wired controllers when the battery goes to shit.

So? Don't use the thumb sticks wrong. If you have the joy stick underneath the middle of your thumb you have an incredibly awkward way of using a joystick. Your thumbs touching is literally NEVER a problem in any game. Ever.

omniscience is the easiest way to write third person, but i don't really like it either
i prefer the reader not knowing every little thing
I like it because you can have fun with the narration. Breaking the fourth wall and what not. Keeps the reader invested. Wouldn't work for a murder mystery obviously.
