Spoiler I'd assume so, going by the Outer Heaven logo you can see reflected in the glass and the Operation Intrude tape 3244
Gaming / Re: Welcome back, Boss. | MGSV Discussion Thread« on: September 06, 2015, 01:04:11 PM »Spoiler I'm not sure how I feel about Volgin surviving Operation Snake Eater, it seems like a huge stretch that he survived just out of his desire for revenge. But then Volgin's pretty cool in both games, so it's cool to see him again 3245

He sounds like he has throat cancer. His young Solid Snake voice is 2 minutes in, he's also voicing Big Boss in that trailer which was a rushed thing within 5 minutes apparently 3249

I know David Hayter said he would be willing to help recreate that game in HD. YouTube 3252

So I decided it's finally time for me to play MGS1, haven't played a ton into it, just finished the part where you meet Meryl.
Despite the aged gameplay I'm really enjoying it so far, I'm used to the controls already and the audio is fantastic. 3257

But I'm also trying to avoid doing Mission 50, soooooo Spoiler because it's just a rehash basically 3259

I was running around for ages to find him and then I was mad when he was in a fairly open place Spoiler Volgin without his Man on Fire appearance. While he's not the best villain, I still enjoyed him in MGS3, he fit the role nicely. Ending spoiler It's a shame he didn't get to encounter the actual Big Boss though, would have been nice to have a face to face with the man who defeated him instead of a body double 3265

Hayter sounds fine here
YouTube (Solid's voice at 2:04, he also voices Big Boss which is more gruff) Also kinda upset that Konami shut this project down, I really hope that means they're planning on their own remake 3269

I just wonder whether Hayter would come back because he's not happy with the way he was treated with Vthats fucking radicalso who were those two guys in the hospital in the beginning 3270

If you're looking into getting Escalation, start with the Next 72 Hour arc (Master Chief one) since that takes place right after Halo 4
You're pretty much good to read the rest in any order I think, but you may want to read 11/12 before the Absolute Record arc. (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) |
