I'll probably do a complete write up of my thoughts at some point, but for now my main problem is just how easy it is. Pokemon games have never really been challenging but ORAS feels insultingly easy, I had a team of 7 in my first playthrough, never used the EXP Share and very rarely used mega evolutions and I was just able to steamroll through the game. There are things like being able to get Pokemon with egg moves through Dexnav (Brave Bird Tailow is disgustingly good early game), you get a legendary for free halfway through the game, you get taken around the region at points where I may not want too (after rescuing Professor Cozmo, or beating Norman), etc. My favourite thing is that there's a Route (112 I think) where your Rival heals you, you go through the Fiery Path that has no trainers, the route after that, Route 111 has a house to heal in, then you go on to Route 113 and your Rival is there to heal you yet again. To be fair it gave us ORAS Courtney and she's best girl
