I don't have political power and I'm not college educated in law, economics, or foreign policy so this really doesn't matter for the most part.

I don't think I was ever a capitalist. I remember my history teacher trying to shove it down our throats about how good it is, but I knew he was uneducated on the subject because he couldn't even explain to us what socialism, communism, or fascism were when asked about it, so I wasn't going to take his propaganda seriously. Luckily I had a good sociology teacher at the time giving us a lesson on conformity and brainwash, so that probably saved me from becoming the average stupid American discussing politics.

Early on, I actually cared about social issues. Later on, I realized it's just an argument over whose ethics were more charismatic enough to win the hearts of the majority. I knew that objective morality wasn't real, I just had to apply it to politics to finally realize social issues are only important subjectively.

I used to argue a lot about foreign policy, law, and economics even though the only subject I'm apt to understand well is science. Accepting that I'm not an expert on those topics pretty much lead me to become a technocrat, which for me means that the most skilled experts on the matter handle the problems they're fit to deal with. There would still be a touch of democracy because it would be up to the people to vote on what ethics they want the state to hold so that the experts could base their skilled decisions off of them. The point of the whole system would be to increase efficiency. But then the question I asked myself was: does it really matter to be efficient? After all, efficiency is technically a moral concern, not an objective one.

But ethics have to exist in order to drive people to want to exist (since instinct cannot drive a logical human). So simply ruling out ethics just because they aren't objective seemed moot. Let efficiency be the bias of the creator that would found my ideal government and it would be justified so long as pure objectivity is moot. And ideally the ethics the people chose would give us equality, freedom, and education, which is a comforting thought. And that's pretty much where I am, although it could change in time. I did say that efficiency was only a moral concern after all.

No, but the only place where I have more fat than I want is on my stomach. My thighs are really well toned but I still have to cut a tiny bit more on my tummy before I'm perfectly happy with it :3
