I had this nasty chicken and rice microwave meal and I can't figure out if it's the soda that's killing my stomach or the food. Because I didn't drink non-diet soda for a very long time (literally years), now every time I have even a small sip it kills my stomach. But it's never been this upset before for this long just because of the soda, so I'm conflicted.

I was a lot smaller back in May. I gained at least 30-40 pounds since then.
Healthy weight I hope
I'm not fat if that's what you're asking. I used to be a tiny bit chubby and I was horribly self conscious about it, but ever since my body started to fill out (I'm still years away from being a full grown adult) it made it easy to lose the tiny bit of fat and replace it with a lot of muscle, although most of the progress I credit to genetics. Maybe once I'm perfectly content I'll post a picture with no shirt, but I don't know, lol. To be honest I'd prefer a slimmer body but my genetics don't allow it :/
