I'm getting kind of tired of how politicized everything is seeming to get nowadays, but it more so bothers me when it's something I like that's specifically non-political or ideological, mainly forms of entertainment media. There are times when I just want a break from the circus so I'm not exactly a fan when the things I use as an escape start to join in.

That's too bad. I was hoping to hear a solid counter-point or opinion.
I will just try wing it with a 50/50 mix of opinion/counter argument. I have no issues with a peaceful protest my information that I've read was only about Ghandi. I do find not paying the upmost respect to a flag and national ahem is very disrespectful. The flag isn't just a flag it's your country and what it represents and it cores values. Values that people have fought and died for to protect and to protect other country similar values. You may not always agree with your countries policies and laws and he has the right to protest against Trump. But that the thing protest against the man not the institution. Alot of blood has been split protecting democracy and we owe it to the people who wore that flag into combat to pay respect to it.
