Incan's a friend. He's just taking the piss out of it.
He comes off as sincere to me. "If Luci really is made a mod then the moderation team here has no idea what they're doing. One of the worst picks possible tbh. I mean I know Luci personally, she will not make a good moderator."

Please keep in mind that I'm not criticising your ability to press buttons. I didn't say that you will do nothing, I just said that that's the feeling I'm getting from you. The feeling is my subconscious "stereotype" or profile of you, and not my profile of you, so I know that it's rubbish, but my mind makes rough guesses from accumulated data, so it's not completely off. In this case it's just not that logical.
Conclusion:
You will act as a normal mod, but in the most extreme scenarios you might not be able to handle it. Thing is, I'm too smart to base my guess around abductive reasoning, and thus I won't have a preconceived image of you.

That's the problem, they won't choose a human being with a great personality for the mod position. They want to choose a person who doesn't interfere too much in other peoples' business.
I can see that you would be one with the users. People would respect you, and not your power.

I've never had a relationship with mods like some have supposedly had with Recon(number). All the mods seem kind of distant to me, but you- you'd have that connection with us users. The reason why I'm pushing this is because this is how I honestly feel.
