It's getting a little stale
Hey, let's go out with a bang.

That chess battle of ours, let's have it now, only, the loser has to leave the site.

Internet homes change over time. With the 2013 site update on Bungie.net, I adapted to get used to what my old home has become but I can't bring myself to continually do so when both the site keeps changing and the people, with the original creators becoming more and more detached from what they were. 4chan is kind of a home now, but while the original layout has changed very little, the culture changes so fast and warps into something I don't know anymore. I migrated to r/ffxiv for a bit but that community is idiotic as pig shit (one because of the game's current content drought, and two because their such casuals towards the game). Finding a new internet home can be a real chore, just remember: Home is where the heart is.
What

Well, it doesn't have to be feelings, but it's still all about people.

This place has become... dull. There aren't as many shitposts as before, but replacing that is personal threads talking about the OP or the feelings of others.

I'm not cut out for these kinds of things, so I might leave if this is what this site has become. I can only turn so many blind eyes.

Are you lost or something? Do you need help finding your way on the internet? Please, by all means, express your incompetence so that someone can help you.

The Flood / Re: Non-edge, non-cringe thread relating to 90s cartoons.
« on: January 29, 2016, 10:19:14 AM »
Why? There are so many better cartoons in this day and age. Why dwell on the past?

Sorry should have said non-meme too.

Hear that guys? Desty already claimed the first meme, but there's to be no more memes after this thanks. Well standard memes like tbqh imho familá are still alright of course, just no topic-targeted memes.
not even gonna bother reading that seeing how shitty it looks.

Not sure what your argument is, but judging by the first line you're being an idiot.

Alright, I'm free

I'm all for it.

Only catch is that the experiment must be for gathering important information.

I value information highly, and I also reckon that there are a lot of lives, and most of them are gonna be wasted. The CEO of a company isn't really gonna have too much of an effect on the world, because his interests will be for the company, and if that is the case then someone else should be able to take that seat.

I do however think that you should not experiment on people who have potential unless it's just for that reason. A genius mathmatician would be safe for instance, unless there is a need for data in genius mathmaticians.

I don't get it. What's the point in having these cards?

>Psychologists

The majority of them are all sheltered babies who went to college at 18 and never really experienced anything worse than a dead family member or friend.

They can't help you. You need to deal with this yourself. Talking to some random person who knows nothing about you and hasn't gone what you go through can never truly understand and actually help you. All they do is trivialize what youve been through and label you and label your problem with some jargon and it's mission accomplished.
If you can help yourself you don't need a psychologist.

A doctor doesn't cure you, a doctor does so that you body cures you, or they remove something. A doctor can't heal a broken leg, but a doctor can put a cast on that will make the bone grow correctly. In the same way a psychologist can only help you with curing yourself.

Basically, if you break a leg, but can fix it on your own, don't go to the doctors.

Camnator and Comms need to come back
Make your own thread? Please don't derail this one.
I do what I want whenever I want and however I want.
Keep doing it and you'll get punished. Most people can do whatever they want to do, but other people, or physics will stop them. That kind of mindset is what I expect from a 5 year old, not someone who's gone through puberty. Shape up, man.

If I beat you Fedorekd can come back immediately.
Hmm, so it's: you'll go offline for one week if I win, but if I lose, Fedorekd's price has been paid.

Deal, but I can't contact him, so you'll have to do that.

He participated in my gamble, but he lost. He is now paying up with offline time. Being able to pay up makes it quite honorable.

Is he actually 12?
I think he said that he was 16, but mentally he's 12/13

cry about it
I am? Me making this thread is me crying about it...

What is your point? Do you want me to make two threads? Please don't use christian logic, because it's not logic.

dude, you had it. I made so many mistakes, and then I made what I thought would be my last mistake, but then you move your queen down for no reason. The smile on my face when I saw that no strings were attached and that my horse guy could kill it was pure.
