When did I do that? In a fight? Probably, but not in an MMA match. It all depends on how big that person is, and how willing they are to defeat their opponent. Hafthor could've won against Mcgregor multiple times in that sparring sessions of their, but then again, Conor was limited to body shots too. I think that Conor could land a number of attacks to the bodybuilder's groin, and end the fight pretty quick, but if the bodybuilder had a solid defensive stance and just charged into him, grabbed him, lifted him and then slammed him into the pavement, then the fight would be over.

Being muscular only goes so far if you don't have any fighting skill. I'm bigger and stronger than basically everybody I hang around with, but I know plenty of them would wipe the floor with me in a fight, because I don't train to do that kind of thing, and some of them do. Someone 75% my weight, hell, probably even less, could take me down if they were trained to fight properly.
You're being too humble. If you guard yourself against certain locks on the floor, then you can pretty much use your size and strength to your advantage, but if you have no idea how to do that, then you're probably gonna end up losing. The thing is, if you're able to lift that person up and slam them to the ground, they'll suffer a huge loss. That would be how you win the fight, but they'll probably be prepared for grabbing as well. Size doesn't guarantee victory unless you're unmovable, which humans are.
