Thing is, you don't have to stop at 40% for a long time.  It's only 40% effort, so you can go for a really long while. It will feel like you need to stop, but if you keep going you will realize that you have the capacity to keep going.

Actually, yeah, I recommend doing full body workouts every two days or three

Your body can handle it if it's an outside gym, and you'll maximize gains this way.

so what should i be doing in between those days
Rest the day after. Then if you feel like it you can go for a light jog. Don't get sloppy with your diet just because you're not working out.

how much should i be jogging?
I finally get to use the percentage system:

10% is effort
20% is when you're bothered by the effort
40% is when you can't take it anymore
50% is when you've been running at full speed for 10 seconds when you're tired
60% you might hurt yourself if you're experiencing this much

the 80% part is a bit shady tbh
80% You're probably hurting yourself due to the intensity

100% is when you'll die from exhaustion

You don't wanna go above 20%, and you want to be above 10%

Kind of pointless to do splits if you're just doing bodyweight exercises. Just do full-body workouts.

yeah but i can't do those everyday right
Nah, but truth is you're probably not gonna do things as intense as you can with a proper gym, so doing it every two days would probably be fine actually.

Back + biceps
Chest + triceps/shoulders?
Legs + abs

you can do abs everyday, no?

so should i spread these exercises out daily? for example, monday, i'd do chest, shoulders and triceps, tuesday do back and biceps, wednesday do legs and whatever, and then repeat on thursday from the beginning?
Yeah, you can do that. I've also heard of a full body workout, but that way would be how I'd workout.

how did you get into drugs
When I was in about 6th grade my stepdad divorced my mom, which left us on the curb. She did things for money and shelter. Things I'll probably never unsee. We found a guy who for the first time wanted to make sure we were safe and didn't discard us. We moved into a shithole apartment and I found out that he wasn't exactly the kindest soul. He made me stay in the garage and I could only go inside to take a shit (on some days I could stay in there though).

So of course I never really stayed there. One day I befriended some guys at the skatepark and they let me stay with them for most of the time. Every day got worse so I eventually turned to any drug I could get my hands on to numb everything. They were the ones who supplied me with shit.

After a year my dad reached out to me from Wisconsin and had me move in with my grandma. My mom eventually left the guy and got her own apartment not far from where I am now.

So for the first time I'm actually living a normal life and I'm just like any other teenager, except for the fact that drugs still find ways to get back to me. I've been staying away from pills and heroin for awhile now but I get withdrawals like crazy and it sucks ass.
Sounds rough. I'm glad you're living a normal life right now though.

man i don't wanna pay for a membership

maybe i can just do body weight exercises

i won't get any bigger but that doesn't really matter to me
I mean, you can still get stronger. Do pushups and dips, squats and ab exercises, and run. That's about as much as you'll be able to do for free. Oh, you can also do a back exercise by lying flat then raising your chest. Remember, muscles need about 3 days of rest to recover. Don't eat poorly. You can workout like crazy, but if your diet is bad you won't be making proper gains.

mhm. there are a few parks and stuff by my house so i'm thinking of running each morning to them, working out for awhile there, and then running back. just going to have to figure out what kind of exercises i should be doing every day. alternating muscle groups and such.
You can ask Jive or me for help on that. Remember to eat protein, and carbs for fuel.

Oh and if you want to learn how to fight better, I recommend you do MMA for at least a month. Go to as many sessions as you can.

Also, where did you get the idea that you're smart? You strike me as mediocre
you strike me as brain dead
I'm smarter than that bum Diogenes, and not as narrowminded as you. My thought process works at a higher level than yours, and I'm able to understand things better than you. What can you do that's smarter than me?
literally everything
Okay, kiddo
you wouldn't even be able to fathom my accomplishments especially because you're from a 3rd world country
Okay, kiddo

So, he punched you in the face and that's it? How is that a fight?

no?

he got a good hit in but there were plenty of punches thrown.

Quote
also, a good hit would mean you go unconscious due to a concussion.
If your perception of reality wasn't altered a little, then your brain didn't shake, and if it didn't shake then it was a bad hit tbh. Yes, you might leave with a broken nose, but trust me, brain injury is worse. A broken nose is only painful.

my nose and teeth were p bloody so id count that as a good hit. but by all means, call it a bad hit.
you can't try to explain anything to him his doesn't function on a high enough plane to comprehend logic and reason.

no destys actually really smart he just has troubled processing his thoughts sometimes
>he's smart
>thinking is hard for him

What
Well, think about the Diogenes case. You admire him, and I don't. I used to when I was 14, but I stopped because I realized how lame he is. You haven't realized how lame he is, but everyone else has. In this instance the rest of us are at a higher level of intelligence than you. You are stupid.
I'm objectively smarter than you and the fact that you ever admired Diogenes is just further proof
the heck does that mean?

If you shit your pants you can't say that me shitting my diapers as a baby is further proof of you being smart. That makes no sense.
