Yeah, I agree, Loaf. I didn't at first, but then I read those youtube comments from successful black people that advocate physical punishment, and I just had to convert seeing the results.

If I ever saw him while walking down the street I wouldn't be able to control myself. I'd throw whatever I had in hand, be it coffee, a pencil, or a newspaper.

Why do you judge them?
'cause when you're trying to improve yourself you set your standards high, so when others can't keep up they automatically fall under your "acceptable form/weight" line.

When learning things there are two values.
One is being able to use that skill, or use that knowledge. The other is the passive skill of others knowing that you know. Someone with a degree might not get the first one, but the second one, whereas someone with trivia won't get the second one, but there's a chance they'll get the first one.
When learning how to fight, you might now get the first one, but the second one can be active if you feel more secure in your own body.

It comes out on the 20th, not tomorrow (the 15th).
I'm excited to train under Cooler, Bardock and Future Gohan, but they really need to bring more outfit sets to the game. Wigs, too.
In the trailers description -
In preparation for the DLC 1 releasing on December 20th, SSGSS Goku's Kaioken x10 and Hit's Awakened Form, Pure Progress, will be available for free on PS4 & Xbox one on December 15th, and coming soon for Steam!
Oh shit, nice. What about the new trainers?
It should still be the same as before, just no Hit because he's paid
Don't really see the value of the paid DLC. I haven't watched Super and I don't like the designs of Hit, Cabba and Frost.
Well there are people who have watched Super and like the designs of Hit, Cabba and Frost. There's value for them.
Okay. That has nothing to do with what I said.
You said that there was no value in the DLC. Maybe not for you, but for others there is.
I said I did not see value in it. What other people value is entirely irrelevant, because I'm specifically talking about my values.
That way of thinking holds you back. It makes you too reclusive and naive.
No it doesn't. You're not understanding what I'm saying.
In my original post, I was only referencing what I valued. I was not talking about anyone else's values.
I can obviously grasp why others would value something like this. I do not limit my worldview to my own values.
There's value in knowing what other value. You might never get that value, but the possibility exists.

Confidence is being sure of your abilities, with the situation taken into consideration. Arrogance is being sure of your abilities, regardless of the situation. You think that you superior because you are you, and they are not. Nothing can trump you, and unless you're perfect you won't be content.
A person that brags about their victory and who, before the competition, cares more about how the fans are gonna love what they're seeing is arrogant.
A person that thanks people who are responsible for supporting them, and before the competition, cares more about the actual competition and what it's about is confident.
In my previous thread that compared hate to apathy I chose the emotional feeling as the better one, but in this case I will not. I think that arrogance is worse than confidence in every way because not only does it leave you feeling more empty, but you're focusing on the wrong stuff.
I've made this thread because I recognize that my bravado that I put on when I'm exaggerating sometimes crosses into arrogance. Forget that others don't like arrogant people, in the long run it's a detriment to myself. Often times when putting on personas, be it online or offline, we border into arrogant behaviour, and end up being arrogant.

I'm going to live on by having children. I don't mean that metaphorically, I mean my consciousness will transfer to my child as soon as I die and then I'll have another child and the Cycle of DIO will continue from now until eternity.
A) That's not something Dio can do B) Dio is a vampire, meaning he's already immortal
DIO does what DIO wants.
It's kinda sad that I can only call you, the user, Dio, because I have no idea who you are. I think you used to go by the name Lord Keksworth? I don't know, you're just sort of hollow.
Good, that's intentional.
Then start impersonating Kira, not Dio. You're doing the opposite of what Dio would do.
Using family members as pawns for immortality is exactly something I would do, actually. That's my modus operandi.
Nice child-like behavior you're displaying.
How so?
Stop interacting with me please.
Make me.
You're too self-absorbed--just like a child.
I'm merely aware of my own vast capabilities.
Of course, it may look like self-absorption to those not as gifted as the almighty DIO.
Why can't you just stop being so stupid? This is getting annoying for me. Being aware of your own capabilities is irrelevant. By being self-absorbed you're only looking inwards, not outwards, and so you can't prove your capability by not applying your skill to situations that prove it.
