That's why I stopped being friends with him. There very much is a disctinction to him between himself and concepts like family, friends, everyone else. To him family and friends are just terms, and these terms need to be treated and spoken of in a certain way depending on what term it is. He's really selfish to the point where I think there's something wrong with him.
