Kids. There are two. And they are always first, second and third on my mind. But they are taken care of. They have a stable home, meals ready and people who love them. They always will. But people can multitask. I can take care of them, and get laid too (just not at the same time.) There is ex-mrs Charlie, our nanny, the back up sitter and all of the grandparents here for them. Well...yeah. As I see it going down, Tony creating Ultron to replace shield will cause the government to stop allowing costumed vigilantes and demand their registration. Stark, feeling guilty for Ultron, will be the first to register. Cap, after seeing that entities like Hydra can infiltrate governments with ease, will want to remain independent. The Phase III movies will likely be watching the civil war from several sides. The last one would be where we see Cap get shot, with Winter Soldier taking up the shield. What this means is, Thanos is a Phase IV villain. They would have to end the Civil War before taking on the Infinity Gauntlet.
