I do. Right now I'm working on a short horror story that's just been put through editing. When I'm done I plan to put it up on Amazon.
I write first person, mostly. I like to read stories that draw me in and force me to identify with the character. Plus it allows the reader to fill in the blanks about what's going on outside of the POV. The protagonist may not have a clue, but the reader does.

If it's just because you were in a long term relationship, or just have high standards or some moral or religious reason, then that's ok.

True story:
Back around the time I joined Bnet, The Slut and I bought a house. The economy tanked, and many of the housing developments around went from selling to renting. Renting for cheap. The people moving in were so bad even I was calling them spics and niggers.
Anyways, of course one of the niggers across the street threw a house party. Someone parked on the street outside, and I guess he thought it was HIS spot, and he had a full blown nigga moment. He took a bat to the car, and then dumped lighter fluid all over it and set it on fire.
Of course the cops were called. They tazed his dumb ass and his family got evicted the next day.

Some scenes are very powerful but some feel kinda forced in the sense that 90% of the cast have psychopathic tendencies.
90%? I'm half convinced that potentially any of the characters are the Commandments Killer except the little girl. She's the only sane one. Which means she's the front contender to actually be the killer.
