The statistics he gives are true. But they're just part of the story. Sadly, crimes involving blacks get investigated less. Blacks are pulled over more. Incidents when police go to far are higher with blacks. There are more incidents involving police brutality.
Conversely, if the suspect is white, they tend to be warned more often. Less than deadly measures are used.
In sentencing whites get off in far higher numbers than blacks.
What he does state with complete truth is the media is largely at fault. A young black male is a criminal until he's shot by police. Then he was a straight A angel working to cure cancer.
In truth he was just a normal kid out doing normal shit. If you were Treyvon, you would have attacked Zimmerman. Don't lie. You're going to get some tea to wash away the cottonmouth when some creepy old guy rushes up on you. Of course you're going to go off. Treyvon wasn't an angel. He was a normal young man.
Yet his body was cold when his mother was notified. And THAT'S where the systemic racism lies. Not in how Zimmerman shot him. In how the police handled it.
Or that guy in Minnesota. Reaching for his CCW license when the cop shoots him 6 times. The poor policeman was distraught at what he did. But he was terrified by a lifetime of the news telling him that the (legally) armed black guy was a threat.
Posting this sort of stuff widens that divide.
We should be able to say we support BOTH BLM and the police. There are no us's and thems. Just people attacking those who aren't scaring us.

Say what you will, the fact of the matter is that women are already in combat. And they perform as well as the men. In Afghanistan, MP's are in almost as much combat as infantry. It's just a matter of time.
