That is a VERY grey area. Investigations don't have to be physical interviews anymore. If someone were to have posted this shit on other sites, it could lead to physical interviews.

I'm being serious here. Anonymity emboldens people to say things they wouldn't normally say. The 1st amendment doesn't cover this. You can be jailed for it.

And lol Joker wasn't even relevant to the plot, so I don't know why they bothered putting him in.
And his scenes were the good ones. They also didn't put much evil in Enchantress. No back story, vile deeds etc...
