Let's say that Axe came out with a body spray that was enhanced with pheromones that induces sexual excitement in women. Since it's been proven that when women are aroused, they tend to do things they wouldn't normally do, this leads to instances where they would have sex with people they normally wouldn't if their heads were clear. I don't think they could have. Nolan's vision was supposed to be a realistic take on caped heroes. While some of his gadgets and feats defied physics, they mostly stayed within the realm of the believable. Adding other meta-humans to the mix would have gone against the premise he set.

Charlie I don't know if you've ever been to UT's campus but it doesn't have a start or stop point, its kind of integrated into downtown.
Under Texas laws I could already carry an assault rifle around their campus, as long as I didn't enter any buildings.
So UT is kind of the dumbest campus to do this on.
