Ever since the cigarette tax went into effect, every single time Al Baghdadi or I leave any cigarettes out in our back patio, they get stolen. I don't really care about the theft. I do care that whoever is doing it is in my property. We have kids after all. What if they decide our stuff is worth coming into the house? With a 2, 3 and 4 year old, and the love of my life, can I take chance?

You want to see if you're a bird person. They really are prone to a lot of health problems. The enclosures can stink if not cleaned properly and they can be loud. If you're a bird person then it's rewarding. If not, well it sucks. Birds are very high maintenance.

the fact that airlines can overbook planes on purpose sickens me. the employees can go fuck themselves, they can catch the next flight, those people paid and should be expected to go to their destinations without any repercussions. in this case, no one should be kicked off just because of an error in booking.

Overbooking is part of what makes or breaks regional routes. There's a lot of revenue in it and regionals need a lot more money to operate than international or coast-to-coast nonstop flights because upwards of six cycles a day really adds up fast on your limited life components. It's a bitch and really annoying to get bumped because of it, but it's just a thing that has to be in the airline industry unless you want to see even higher ticket prices.
