Updates to Rating System

Hmm...
In response to complaints about consistent downvoting, I've reconfigured the Prefix rating system to take activity and post count into account more so than Trust.

I won't go into details, but the new system will make it more difficult to reach the higher Prefixes while also making it easier to keep them if you're active and have a high post-per-day count.

They should go live any time and you will probably rank down.

Yeah... Legendary, Mythic, and the rank above it will take a while to get to. But it can be done given enough time.
