It's got shit for accuracy and you already have arcanine. If you're worried about steel walling him you'd be much better off rolling with earthquake. Even crunch would be more useful for things like gengar or alakazam.And defog on skymory. Nothing on your team really hates stealth rocks that much, at least not on an charizard of talonflame level. Maybe roll spikes to get more utility out of that whirlwind. Defog can be really annoying as it removes your stealth rocks as wellThe Defog Skarmory is for Breloom and Salamence more than anything. I learned from X version to always have a Rapid Spinner/Defogger on my team. Stealth Rocks render my Breloom completely useless. Fire Blast Mega Salamence can two shot walls like Ferrorthorn, OHKO Skarmory, and completely annihilate most Ice types. Because of Fire Blast I don't have to ruin my Dragon Dance by switching pokemon. Actually, come to think of it, I think I'm gonna replace Skarmory with Forretress, since it can Rapid Spin rather than Defog, and it can still murder Fairy types.
