Okay, well as someone who has played the game and isn't just talking out of his ass for whatever reason, you're wrong.

The DLC armour is no "better" than base armour. Exotics are tiered for sure, but the DLC doesn't "lock-off" the best exotics like you're making it sound. That would be like saying "Smash Bros. 4 has a system that offers players the chance to drastically change the game if they pay for it with the Mewtwo DLC."

It's just bundles of Gold Packs. Just makes it easier to purchase them in bulk.

The max level is 40 for any player that plays Destiny in Year 2, regardless of whether or not you have TTK.

Additionally, if you buy base Destiny in Year 2, you're a complete moron.
