I dunno. It's a pretty original game, with some decent comedy in there. It doesn't have much replayability to me, but it was good overall. Some of the Steam Workshop chambers are pretty genius, too.

Honestly I like Portal because of how well written it is. Re-playability is quite low, so once you've beaten it Portal really just becomes a comedy skit that you watch every now and then, and as for Left 4 Dead being the best series. After playing it for over a few hundred hours the game just seems to dissolve into boring repetitiveness.

Plus everyone knows Valves best game is...

I loathe everything they've ever made. I've been meaning to try Half-Life, though.

Valve makes fun games, but I have yet to play one of their games then go back for another play like I do with Fallout or TES.

However, I agree that their fanbase is awful. Valves games are fun the first time but are certainly not anything amazing.

Its connected to Half Life, and HL's are some of the best games ive played. Plus its fun and interesting.

I don't understand the hype around Half Life, it was so boring, L4D is nice, but a whole lot better with friends, otherwise it gets stale quick, as for portal it was decent, far too short.

Yeah. Half-Life gunplay isn't anything spectacular, but the story is quite interesting.
