I actually enjoyed ODST, and the soundtrack was freaking amazing.
I found it interesting to be an ODST instead of a Spartan for once.

This game had the best music of any Halo game... Mostly.
I can't rule out some of the more charged Halo 3 tracks, like the stuff that plays during the Cortana scene.

Overall I think it has the best music

If the music was good! I don't automatically enjoy everything Trent composes, but it's certainly not above him to do video game soundtracks. He did Quake and the theme for Black Ops II.
