Mostly because of the framerate. If you ever played the same game at 60 frames per second and then gone back to 30, You'll understand what I mean that 30 FPS feels sluggish and slow when going back to it.

Am I the only one that seems to feel this way? If I have to play these games again, I'm playing them in 60 FPS though because a matter of preference.

Actually for me it does. Going back to 30 FPS after playing a 60 FPS piece of software throws me off, and vice versa.

I notice it, but I usually get used to it after 5 minutes of playing.

Seeing as how it doesn't affect gameplay at all I don't view it as an issue.
