I had a really bad one once when I was in some abandoned office block and Pyramid Head was following me around. SHIT WAS FUCKED.

Just one that I remember back when I used to play Minecraft. A Minecraft-themed nuclear holocaust commenced, and the entire world was reduced to a series of floating islands of dirt blocks, with dark houses that had zombies in them.

Scary games can give me nightmares, but the nightmares are never related to the game itself. I dunno.

One time after playing Halo 3, having my shields lowered and having an infection form jump on me and hearing it make a biting sound led to me having a nightmare about the Flood once.

I was camping with my family and a god damn Deathclaw showed up and then there was a Rad Storm and then I got picked up by the Deathclaw and got thrown around like a ragdoll

When I first moved up to Arkansas, I spent my first week trying to 100% Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 because the internet had yet to be activated. Had dreams about the games for a few days after the whole ordeal ended, and my fatigue with the games made the experience pretty nightmarish in retrospect.
