Can't tell the difference
The two sides look identical. Maybe it's because i'm viewing it on my iPhone, but the video is at 1080p 60fps. I should be able to see any reasonable differences easily

Plus the Xbone version is only 1080p where it can handle it.You can easily see the stutter on the Xbone version too. It looks horrible.
I heard they downgraded the PC version just so the game would be level on all platforms
When you look to the side while walking on Xbox one (for me at least) it lags like a bitch.

The only stuttering is in the cutscenes, and only some of them at that.
