Will Microsoft ever go handheld?

A knock off, yet cheaper version of the vita. Maybe release some side 1st party games for it. Bundle Halo CE and 2 with it so you can Hdlo on the shitter. I'd buy it.

I'd love to see what they could do, now that they have Phil Spencer controlling everything. It might tank like the Vita, but MS has cash to spare; Sony doesn't.

I might buy it, given there are enough exclusives worth my time. Perhaps if MS enterred the market, developers would make more AAA games on thr handhelds.

Nintendo already dominates the market. No way MS has a counter to Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Smash, LoZ, Animal Crossing etc. So there's nothing to be gained from those consumers.

Vita market (jrpgs + indies mostly) is already too small to be worth while splitting. There really just isn't a demand for portable Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza.

Vita had shit for games for it's first year and a half. If Microsoft can actually launch it with decent games and keep support up for it, then it could be some good competition for Nintendo.
