From a purely specification-based opinion, the PS4.
Essentially though, they're almost the same in peroformance and only a fool would buy one instead of a PC.

The one that is called PeeCee, because you can find many different prices for it, and has the performance that you desire depending on your budget. I also hear that the games there can be bought from multiple places, and are much easier to pirate. Oh, and it has all the gimmicks and features related to TV and Internet, plus many more. They also come in different sizes, some of which perform as fast and are smaller than a console!
