Yes they will. It's just hard to enforce. Though If you go up to a cop and saw to him "Oi m8, I just stole a game off the interwebs", their going to arrest you for theft.

By your logic, cops shouldn't arrest you for have 1 digital picture of child pornography because  it's not as big of a deal as if he had a physical photo.

Pirating a game worth $20 isn't comparable to owning CP.

A cop won't arrest you for pirating agame. It'd be a waste of their time, because they have actual real world things to deal with.

Just look at the millions of people who aren't arrested for downloading music and movies.


Is pirating a game scummy? Yes.
Is pirating a game going to get you arrested? lolno. Not at all.

Sometimes it's necessary. I was about to buy dbz xenoverse but I pirated it beforehand and holy fuck thank God I did. It's awful.

I've stopped buying Ubi games altogether. (I don't even pirate them).

I just got Half-Life, The Orange Box, Portal 2, and Dota 2. I've almost stopped buying games, now I just need to wait for SFV then my wishlist will be complete.
