Constantly delayed. Now there's been no real mention of them since, other the occasional "There coming soon!"

Reddit constantly bugs R* about it though.

It was so elaborate that the 360 couldn't process it. Only current gen has enough horse power to effectively produce the heist R* wants it to be.
