thats a good point

I wonder if it'll be throughout the game, and how well they'll be able to merge the names into sentences because I doubt they got the voice actors to record the same sentences 1000 times >.>

It'll probably just be key recurring characters only, if I had to guess.

They chose 1000 of the most popular names and applied actual voiced lines towards the player. About damn time someone did this.

Most likely, If you watch the Bethesda demo, Cadsworth addressed the player character as Howard, where as in the Xbox demo he didn't. So yea, probably recurring characters.
