If anything it's just reoccuring themes for them. I highly doubt they're connected at all. The only theory for 7 and 10 was because one NPC in 10.If anything, the only ones really connected are 2 and 4 since you see Kain as a kid, his father is a dragoon, and he says when he grows up he wants to be. That and a place called Missidia is in both.
]Believe what you want, but it's been explicitly stated out-of-game that 7 and 10 take place in the same universe. The whole multiverse thing is more of a highly probable theory, though, I'll give you that.

Link me to something on that? I'm not doubting you, just curious.
In Final Fantasy X-2, a member of the Gullwings named "Shinra" proposes the concept of extracting the life energy from within the planet Spira. In the Final Fantasy X-2 Ultimania guidebook published by Square Enix, Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy X-2 scenario writer Kazushige Nojima stated that the character Shinra and his proposal are a deliberate nod to the Shinra Company of Final Fantasy VII, and also revealed that he envisioned the events of Final Fantasy X-2 as a prequel to those in Final Fantasy VII. This connection had previously been hinted toward by Kitase and lead Final Fantasy developer Yoshinori Kitase during an interview in the Final Fantasy X Ultimania Omega guidebook, and was again detailed in the Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Omega β two other official publications of Square Enix.

They have to be connected if they're all set in the same place.
I'll make my own final fantasy universe with lolis and cat girls.
WH40K, but i think that's because i know so little of it.
the one true God is Doctor Doom and we should all be worshiping him.

I gotta say Megami Tensei, even though I just sort of got into it. Very intriguing franchise. Very unwelcoming, too.

I thought the locust were the original inhabitants of the planet ho went underground for whatever reason and just wanted it back.
Gears of War. There's just so much lore thats untouched.(and well pretty much everything you said OP)
Warframe, im a sucker for Sci-Fantasy. And while the games lore is still expanding, its already so incredibly gripping to me.SpoilerSome have walked these desolate worlds while you have slept. Some like me. I remember what you did. I remember the day.The Tenno appeared at the Terminus, gleaming and victorious. Our cold and gold Emperors, breathless, bathed you in savior's silk. Then came the sound. Across all our worlds, all at once, the ceremonial Naga drums. A royal salute to the honored Tenno. Ten solemn beats to declare the suffering was over. I watched from a distance, with the rest of the low Guardians. With each beat terror began to crush my throat. The Tenno were not stoic and silent. They were waiting. They were poised. I tried to call out but only a strangled whisper escaped. When the ninth beat rang a torrent of blood filled the stadium, loosed by Tenno blades. The drums, the Empire, fell silent forever. Now I hunt, dividing your numbers. Watching from that dark place, cataloging your sins, I am the ghost of retribution. You may forget but you are not innocent. -Stalker
