okay i guess

Is there not already an established set of rules for stages and such? Game's been out for awhile.

There don't seem to be any universal tier lists or competitive stage lists made by tornament organizers yet. From what I've looked up, The lists are pretty similar to the one I made.
If I had to pick one that I'm not completely sure about to be legal, I'd pick Wuhu Island. While it is a moving stage, the platform arrangements are less intrusive than say, Skyloft or Delfino Plaza.

Hey, maybe the Miiverse stage and Mewtwo will come out before we even start this thing!
(Mewtwo is in march but I expect the Miiverse stage to come out first.)

It's whenever you can play your matches. No set date as to when you have to play them. Just as long as it gets done relatively soon.
