I really enjoyed it as well, but it got all too repetitive for me.

But the worlds and the lore is great, so yeah, stick with it.
As for tips, I'm not that good <_<

My favourite ATM are Loki, Excalibur and Rhino. Rhino is not available for me though because I just started, and Excalibur is a noob's choice. Loki seems like it's going to be my main.

I played a bit on pc but it's not fun alone. My friends got it on xbone so I might start again there

Well. Yeah. I love the game <.< over a 1000 hours and counting.

It can get a little repetitive and/or grindy but honestly if you like the game you can look past that. The plus side is every weapon/frame is obtainable for free.

Get the Rhino

I played it waaaay back before it got overhauled.

I didn't mind it at all. Grind fests never really seem to bother me that much because I don't spaz out and go crazy looking at all the shit that looks cool that I don't have.

If anything, I'm more reserved about starting it up again because I'd have to update the fuck out of it and throw myself into a virtually brand new game again.

Ya! I hear ya completely.

Environment overhauls, enemies, weapons, classes, melee, fuck, just about everything. It's intimidating. But, funny enough, speaking of grindfests, I was looking through the games marketplace and found Defiance free to play.

I figured, eh, what the fuck, I can't lose if it's free. I'm having some fun now.

Well something odd happened to me yesterday...

I remember first starting up Warframe a few months ago. I picked the Loki class with an Assault rifle, pistol and sword. But when I went back to play yesterday, I got another tutorial where I picked Excalibur with Bow/Arrow, pistol and bo staff. And then when I returned to my ship, I was my Loki class again...

Luckily I had some money leftover to buy Platinum and get my bow and staff back. So yeah, I'm using the Bow/Arrow, pistol, and staff ATM.

I should be fucking OP on Mars because I was pretty far into it

Also pro tip if you want a specific weapon or warframe the wiki is your best friend. It'll tell you exactly what planets or bosses to grind to find the blueprints.
Also building a new warframe is a Pain in the ass, takes a long time, and you can only have a couple of them without buying more slots with platinum

You might want to get some duration mods on Loki, your survival depends on invisibility and Radial Disarm. Speed Trigger is your friend with bows. Bo...well Bo is decent crowd control with its jump attack.

I really really want the Rhino and the Oberon. But the Rhino is XP locked -- whatever that means.
