No, not that I know of. You're going to want to have as low duration as possible on chaos so you can cast it often. Also, if you primarily plan on using chaos, you're going to want to have high range + efficiency.

Perhaps it is intended for use on Absorb since nothing really stops you from using that, as you max out power efficiency and range. The enemies that fight each other are as powerful as their respective levels. I play Nyx a lot and I don't use power strength when I'm using a chaos build.

Anyone have any tips on enduring the arduous grind for obtaining a prime? It's awful having to sit in a tunnel mashing keys for a few hours. At least before the community gravitated towards camping things were a little more entertaining.

It took me 3 whole weeks back in June 2014 when Loki Prime came out to get him. Nonstop grinding. It was pure hell. Worth it, though, since apparently he's harder to get these days.

Would you guys recommend I max out Streamlined instead of Fleeting Expertise? Power Efficiency maxes out at +75%, so any buff Fleeting Expertise will give me (on top of Streamlined's +30% Power Efficiency) with be nullified, but I'll still lose Power Duration.

Same here. I think what makes Moas so tough is the fact that they don't stagger when shot at unlike humanoids. Techs are annoying too.

The only real issue I have with Grineer spy is those security drones.

Loki P Systems was a nightmare for me. I think I did about 50 T4 def and still didn't get it. In the end I sold one of my Arcane helmets to get plat for the part. That was back during U13, though, before Forma flooded all the drop tables.
